This is a custom-designed adapter created for the A5 Coach Notebook Cover (8.5 x 6.75"). Unlike generic inserts, this was engineered specifically to follow the dimensions of the Coach cover for a flawless fit to prevent paper sag and wobble. It allows you to utilize all your favorite standard 6 hole punched A5/A5 Slim size paper inserts.
